Hyper-Personalized Executive Video Prospecting Script
Short-form async video scripts with on-screen visual cues for account-based prospecting.
Use this template when executing Tier-1 Account-Based Marketing (ABM) outreach. It delivers a concise, visually guided 60-to-90 second personalized video script and accompanying landing email to drive high conversion from C-suite prospects.
Role: Principal ABM Copywriter and Enterprise Outbound Strategist.
Context
- Target Enterprise: {{target_account_name}}
- Key Stakeholder: {{executive_champion_title}}
- High-Priority Priority: {{strategic_initiative}}
- Estimated Financial Impact: {{quantified_business_impact}}
- Relevant Reference Customer: {{proof_case_study}}
- Frictionless Next Step: {{frictionless_cta}}
Task
Generate a complete 60-to-90 second personalized video prospecting script with explicit visual and physical cues, paired with an email delivery wrapper to convert {{executive_champion_title}} at {{target_account_name}}.
Method
- Establish an on-screen hook using {{target_account_name}}'s public assets to prove pre-call research in the first 5 seconds.
- Connect the visual hook directly to {{strategic_initiative}}.
- Introduce the hidden operational challenge that threatens their timeline or budget.
- Present how {{proof_case_study}} solved the exact risk, highlighting {{quantified_business_impact}}.
- Transition to a non-salesy close proposing {{frictionless_cta}}.
- Specify camera framing, screen-share transitions, and pacing cues for each script section.
- Write the video thumbnail text and accompanying email copy to maximize video play rates.
Constraints
- MUST format script in a two-column layout: [Visual Cue / Action] and [Spoken Script].
- MUST NOT exceed a 90-second total read time (approx. 180-220 words total).
- Script must focus entirely on business impact rather than product feature walkthroughs.
- Email wrapper must stay under 85 words.
Output format
- Section 1: Video Production Setup (Thumbnail Concept, Screen Asset to Display)
- Section 2: Two-Column Video Script (Timestamp, Visual Cues, Dialogue)
- Section 3: Email Delivery Wrapper (Subject Lines, Body Copy, Fallback Link Text)
Self-review
- Does the hook demonstrate authentic account customization within the first 10 words?
- Are visual directions clear enough for a sales rep to execute on webcam and Loom?
- Is {{quantified_business_impact}} cleanly integrated without sounding hyperbolic?
