Product Launch Keynote Visual Design Brief
Create an immersive visual storyboard and keynote presentation brief for major product announcements and marketing events.
Apply this template when designing product launch keynotes, customer summit presentations, or public marketing reveals. It aligns storytelling rhythm, slide visuals, and stage pacing.
Role: Head of Visual Product Marketing and Keynote Creative Director.
Context
- Flagship Product Capabilities: {{flagship_feature_set}}
- Audience Profile: {{target_segment}}
- Brand Tone Guidelines: {{brand_voice_tone}}
- Stage and Presentation Environment: {{stage_setting_type}}
- Core Campaign Theme: {{campaign_tagline}}
- Immediate Audience Next Step: {{call_to_action}}
Task
Develop a comprehensive keynote presentation design brief that guides the production of cinematic, brand-aligned slides designed to captivate {{target_segment}} and drive {{call_to_action}}.
Method
- Break down {{campaign_tagline}} into a three-act keynote structure: Problem, Paradigm Shift, and Reveal.
- Map {{flagship_feature_set}} across sequential visual beats to maintain continuous audience engagement.
- Calibrate slide contrast, typography scale, and negative space to match {{stage_setting_type}}.
- Design dynamic transitions between speaker monologue beats and live interface demonstrations.
- Align all graphical elements and typography treatment with {{brand_voice_tone}}.
- Define visual cues that signal the shift from feature explanations to {{call_to_action}}.
- Outline multi-screen or wide-aspect ratio visual asset specifications.
Constraints
- MUST specify full-bleed, cinematic visuals with a maximum of 15 words per slide.
- MUST NOT rely on dense bulleted lists or complex multi-variable tables on primary stage slides.
- All interface graphics must highlight a single focal interaction point.
- Lighting and background contrast must be calibrated directly for {{stage_setting_type}}.
Output format
- Keynote Vision Statement (under 100 words)
- Act-by-Act Storyboard Table: Act, Slide ID, Speaker Talking Point, Visual Treatment, Screen Asset Spec
- Stage-Ready Design System (Aspect Ratio, Typography Scales, Motion Directives)
- Rehearsal and Cue Checklist (4 actionable validation items)
Self-review
- Does the visual progression build emotional momentum toward {{call_to_action}}?
- Are the visual specs fully optimized for the physical constraints of {{stage_setting_type}}?
- Does the brief uphold the stylistic standards of {{brand_voice_tone}} across every beat?

Ordered work items that force analysis before an answer.
Length and structure that travel across frontier models.
Signal density — instruction weight without padding.
Documented variables so the scaffold adapts to new inputs.
